Product Overview

Descaler is a powerful phosphoric acid–based cleaner formulated to remove stubborn calcium, limescale, and mineral deposits from commercial and domestic dishwashing machines, kettles, boilers, and other water-contact surfaces. Designed for fast-acting performance, it penetrates and dissolves scale buildup that can reduce machine efficiency and hygiene.

Ideal for use in cafes, restaurants, hotels, and industrial kitchens, this formula restores metal surfaces to a bright, clean finish without excessive corrosion or residue.

Key Benefits

  • Rapidly dissolves calcium and lime scale buildup

  • Restores stainless steel and metal components

  • Enhances performance and longevity of dishwashers

  • Suitable for both manual and automatic descaling systems

  • Safe when used as directed

Directions for Use

Automatic Dishwashing Machines:

  1. Drain the machine and remove loose debris.

  2. Dilute Descaler at a rate of 1 part product to 4 parts water (20% solution).

  3. Fill the tank with the solution and run a full wash cycle (no dishes) for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Drain and rinse thoroughly with clean water twice to ensure no residue remains.

Manual Descaling (Kettles, Boilers, or Equipment):

  1. Dilute Descaler at a rate of 1 part product to 5 parts water (approx. 17% solution).

  2. Apply or immerse parts directly in solution and allow to soak for 10–30 minutes depending on buildup.

  3. Scrub lightly if needed, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

For Heavy Scale:

Use up to 1 part product to 2 parts water (33% solution) and extend contact time as required.

⚠️ Safety Precautions

  • Wear protective gloves and eyewear.

  • Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and soft metals (e.g., aluminium).

  • Do not mix with bleach or chlorine-based products.
